Danforth Gardens Traffic Infiltration Meeting - March 26
The development at 3431 St. Clair Ave. E. (Beer Store Plaza at St. Clair and Elfreda Blvd.) is planning to
put the driveway for their 267-car parking garage on Elfreda Blvd. This will turn Elfreda Blvd. from a
residential street into a thoroughfare, cause traffic infiltration in our entire neighbourhood and cause
congestion at our neighbourhood entry and exit points at Birchmount/Newlands and Santamonica/St.
Clair. Michael Marmoreo, Board Director, Birchcliff Village Community Residents will be speaking about their experience with traffic infiltration issues on Scotia Ave in their neighbourhood and how they successfully solved them.
