Advocate for Our Neighbourhood Our current initiative is a petition drive that advocates for two neighbourhood needs. We want to maximize our voice before the Municipal Election on October 24.  Can you help us by adding your signature to the two campaigns below?

Support the West Scarborough Rail Trail This petition supports the creation of a rail trail along the abandoned railway tracks and the hydro corridor from Pilkington Ave. to the Warden Hilltop C.C. and beyond to link with the Meadoway.  This would create a pedestrian, cycling and nature corridor linking multiple neighbourhoods, parks, transit, commerce and recreation.

Help Prevent Danforth Gardens Traffic Infiltration From Local Development The developers of 3431 St. Clair Ave. E. and city planners want to put the parking garage access for 257 cars onto Elfreda Blvd.  This would increase traffic infiltration into the Danforth Gardens Neighbourhood. This petition supports the posting of a "Right Turn Only" sign for the parking garage exit, a right curving garage driveway, a traffic barrier to discourage left turns and a new traffic light at the intersection of Elfreda Blvd. and St. Clair Ave. E.
